No Financial Advice or Solicitation

Braintech Finance is not a financial intermediary and does not provide personalized financial advice, manage capital on behalf of third parties, or make investment recommendations. All strategies available on the Platform are algorithmic analysis tools and do not guarantee any financial performance. Braintech Finance does not require deposits of money nor manages users' funds. All investment operations are executed independently by the User through their own broker and MT5 Account, under their sole responsibility.

Investment Risks

The User is aware that trading in financial markets involves high risks, including the possibility of losing all invested capital. Braintech Finance and the Creators do not guarantee any results and assume no responsibility for any financial losses suffered by the User arising from the use of the strategies available on the Platform. Braintech Finance is not responsible for errors, technical malfunctions, or discrepancies in operational results compared to the User's expectations.

User Responsibility

The User is encouraged to conduct their own research and assessments, consulting – if deemed appropriate – industry professionals before making investment decisions. The information and guidance provided by Braintech (or the respective authors/creators) are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. The use of such information is at the User's own risk, who assumes full responsibility for operational or investment decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Braintech Finance, its Creators, and Broker Partners do not guarantee any performance nor assume responsibility for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the strategies available on the Platform. Braintech Finance will not be responsible for:

• Malfunctions, technical errors, or interruptions of the Platform or the Strategies
• Loss of capital resulting from trading operations carried out by the User
• Any investment decisions made by the User based on information available on the Platform
• Content or services provided by third parties, including Broker Partners and Creators

Regarding the handling of MT5 credentials: the User's MT5 account password and broker server are stored exclusively and locally on the User's own machine by the BrainLink software, and are never transmitted to Braintech servers. Only the MT5 account number is communicated to Braintech systems for the sole purpose of account identification and performance monitoring. Braintech Finance does not have access to, nor can it use, the User's MT5 login credentials.

No Investment Services Provided

The provision of investment services is reserved for authorized operators in accordance with the TUF (D.Lgs. 58/98, as amended by D.Lgs. 129/2017 implementing MiFID II Directive 2014/65/EU). Braintech Finance and its authors are not authorized operators and do not carry out activities reserved by industry regulations.

Scope of Validity

This Disclaimer is made pursuant to the rules prescribed by the financial market supervisory authorities. Any behavior contrary to the provisions contained herein is not attributable to Braintech but is the exclusive responsibility of the person engaging in such conduct.

Trademark Protection

Any attempt to defame or damage, in any form, the Braintech Finance trademark or its authors is attributable to the person who commits such actions in violation of applicable laws.
