Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files (or equivalent technologies, such as browser local storage) that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They can be used to remember your preferences, recognize your browser on subsequent visits, or collect statistics about how a website is used.
2. Cookies used on this website
The braintechfinance.com marketing website uses the following technologies:

For more information on how Google processes data collected through Google Analytics, see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
For more information on how Meta processes data collected through the Meta Pixel, see Meta's Cookies Policy and Data Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
3. What the Meta Pixel collects
If, and only if, you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel sends Meta a page view event when you browse the site, and two conversion events on the early access page: opening the signup form and submitting it. These events include the page URL, technical browser data, and the pixel identifiers listed above. We do not transmit your name or email address to Meta.
Meta acts as an independent data controller for the data it receives, and processes it in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Consent and how to change your choice
On your first visit, a cookie banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Accepting enables both categories described above (statistics and marketing); rejecting enables neither. No statistics or marketing cookie is set until you explicitly accept, and neither script is downloaded before your choice.
If you reject, or if you close the browser without making a choice, neither Google Analytics nor the Meta Pixel is loaded and no data is collected.
You can review or change your choice at any time by clicking "Manage cookies" in the website footer, which reopens the cookie banner. Your choice is stored for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again.
5. The web application
The web application at web.braintechfinance.com uses only technical cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. These cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive, as they are essential for the platform to function.
6. Data controller
The data controller is Braintech Finance. For any questions or requests regarding this Cookie Policy, you can contact us at: info@braintechfinance.com
